Guilty Parties, Issue #31 -- Death by Chocolate
April 01, 2006
Hi - and welcome to issue #31 of Guilty Parties, the murder mystery party newsletter.

This time I've got a new game for you - Death by Chocolate...

By the way, if you've enjoyed this newsletter or you've found www.great-murder-mystery-games.com useful and you have your own website, please support my site and put a link on your site... Thanks!

Death by Chocolate

Dinner and a Murder Mystery Games have launched a new murder mystery - Death by Chocolate!

Here's the blurb:

Madeline Corman is hosting her daughters’ bachelorette party at the very exclusive Lady Godiva’s Day Spa. Lady Godiva’s spa is a chocolate lovers dream come true. A place where chocolate is not just an edible treat. Guests will experience body treatments made from the finest chocolates, while indulging in the most delicious and exotic chocolate treats.

Chastity Corman, daughter and sole heir of the Majestic Confectionary fortune is about to marry Miles Belvedere. Miles is the sole heir to the Belvedere Ship fortune. This marriage will create a true dynasty!

Death By Chocolate is a game for 8-16 women with an optional 5 male characters. This kit is great for hen parties, bachelorette parties and parties where there are a lot of women and a few men. The game provides a free Chocolate Spa Recipes Booklet which you can use to make spa treatments and/or print to give to your guests as a gift! (The spa treatments are completely optional, if they're not your kind of thing!)

Playing and Hosting a Freeform Games murder mystery party

Freeform Games' murder mysteries are designed so that one person is the host and everyone else takes the part of a character. The host usually takes a minor role - often a servant.

But what do you do if you want to play the game as well? Or if you you don't quite have enough people and you need to play the game as well as host it?

Well, I've now added a tip explaining how I would both host a Freeform Games party - and also play a character.

That's about it this time - have a great murder mystery party!
