Exchange for different game.

by Sara Grande

After ordering Way out West and talking with a friend, he felt pretty adament that it would be highly offensive to one of the party guests. So I am contacting you to see if I could exchange it for The Auction.

My Response:

Unfortunately Way out West is published and sold by Freeform Games while The Auction is published and sold by Murder Mystery Games Ltd.

Neither games are sold by me - the transaction all happens through the publishers. (Although I'm hoping that you used my site to find the games and used the links - that way I get a small amount of commission.)

Luckily for you, all the games published by Freeform Games come with a cast-iron money back guarantee, so if you need a refund, you just need to contact them. Use the email that you used to buy the game and quote the sales reference and Freeform Games will work it out.

You can then use that money to purchase The Auction.

I would be very interested to learn what it was about Way out West that one of your guests would find offensive - so that I can update my webpage if needed. (I suspect that Freeform Games would also be very interested!)

Don't know where to start?

Here's my suggested quick route through the site:

Step 1 - Go to Choosing a Game to choose the game that suits your party best.

Step 2 - Review the Tips for Hosts for helpful advice.

Step 3 - If you want to keep up to date with the latest murder mystery game news, click on my What's New page.
