How do we get the password?

We purchased the game a year ago & didn't use it. We'd like to use it now, but it's password protected and we're not sure how to get the password. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

The password for the game would have been part of the purchasing process. It would either have been emailed to you, or would have appeared on the screen.

As I don't deal with the actual transaction, you'll need to go back to the publisher. I suggest giving them as much information as possible - when you bought it, which game you bought and the email address you used at the time.
