I just made payment (for The Auction)

I just made payment to The Auction, however I unsure if the payment went through. How do check if payment is received?

After I complete payment, will the game be emailed to me. And how long will it take. I am arranging to play the game Friday night therefore wanting to organise and send out invites ASAP.

My response:

Hi - when you buy The Auction you should be taken to the download page, and you should also get an email with the relevant details.

(If I sound a bit hesitant it's because I've not bought a game from Murder Mystery Games Ltd since they changed their payment system.)

If those things didn't happen, then it sounds like your purchase didn't go through.

You can either try again, or contact Murder Mystery Games directly via their website here.

Murder Mystery Games LTD here! Thanks for the heads up. If you paid and the sale went through, then you will automatically receive your download password instantly - both on the screen and via email (unless you put in a bad email address). The game is a download of course, not a physical game that comes in the post. If you have not got this confirmation, then I would suggest buying again. You can always confirm whether the sale went through by contacting your own card company for independent verification and we will of course refund you if find out you paid twice for the same game,
