Is Curse of the pharaoh suitable for a girl's 10th Birthday party?

I would like to host Curse of the Pharaoh for a 10th Birthday party and for up to 20 children. Would this be a suitable theme?

The short answer is "not really" - mainly because 10 year olds are a bit young for Curse of the Pharaoh. It's an adult game and contains references to the occult (Egyptian magic), an affair and an illegitimate child.

I suggest that instead you have a look at my Kid's Parties page.

In particular you might want to take a look at the Mysteries-on-the-Net and Birthday Party Games Lady games as they are more likely to be appropriate to your age range.
