Is it possible to host a murder/mystery dinner party where no-ne knows who the murderer is until the very end ?

Is it possible to organise a murdermystery dinner party, take part in all of the scenarios and not know who is the murderer until the very end i.e. - enjoy the game as if you are an invited guest ?

For some games, yes - if you're careful.

Games by Murder Mystery Games Ltd and Dinner and a Murder have both been written so that the host can play as well as the guests. You just have to make sure that you don't read the solution, and you don't look at the character sheets too closely.
