I have purchased the Hollywood Lies murder mystery but have not received an email so that I can download and print it.

You need to talk to the publisher (in this case Freeform Games) about this - I can't help you.

You need to provide as much information as you can - the email address you used, and any payment reference that you have. The more information you provide, the quicker the response.
