Today is Sunday the 6th. If ordered today or tomorrow, will it arrive here in the US prior to the 17th.

Goodness yes - although possibly not in the way that you expect.

All the games on this site are available to download over the Internet, so the only thing slowing you down is your connection speed. It's perfectly feasible to have the files within a few minutes of ordering.

You can then print them out at home.
