The Auction

I found 'The Auction' on your website and really liked what I read. I was planning on doing the dinner for my husband's 40th birthday party. I clicked on it to purchase the game and was sent to a completely different website. I went ahead and purchased the game expecting to receive an email with the password to download it and never received the email. I sent you an email and your response was that I needed to contact the other company directly which I did. In fact, I emailed them 3 TIMES, I called them ONCE and I faxed them TWICE. I never received a response nor have I received the game but I can assure you that they have almost $50.00 of my money!!!! I understand that you can do nothing about it but you are referring innocent customers to murdermysterygames.net and they are stealing people's money. That game was supposed to be my husbands present and now I have nothing to give him because I don't have the money. I feel taken advantage of and robbed, not to mention horrible because now I have nothing to give my husband for his birthday. I do not hold you completely responsible for what happened, but you do advertise their game. Had I not tried to order from YOUR website, I would not be in the situation I'm in right now.
My response:
I'm very sorry that you haven't received the game yet, and the accusations you make are very serious.
I have just been in contact with Dixon at Murder Mystery Games Ltd (who I have always found to be very honest) who is puzzled at your email as he doesn't recall an email or a fax.
He has provided me with a another way of contacting him. So please email him at (email address removed to prevent spam) with as much detail as you can - the email address you used to buy the game, the date of purchase and any other details you have.
He will either provide you with the game, or arrange a full refund.
Hopefully we can sort this out quickly
