Do you write custom mysteries?

I'm hosting a murder mystery party this October for 50 guests and I'm looking for a hollywood theme. I love the Hollywood Lies game, but the character's are a bit short of what I'm hoping for. I also love the idea of doing an interactive murder mystery because it sounds more fun than some of the others I've seen on the internet. I was wondering if you created custom mysteries and if so, how much that would cost.

My response:

Hi - I don't do custom mysteries, no - the work involved is significant and the cost is therefore likely to run into several thousand pounds.

You could try a professional party organiser (one of these party organisers, for example), but they aren't cheap.

(Incidentally, I do know that a set of 10 extra characters is due to be published by Freeform Games for Hollywood Lies sometime soon. Unfortunately, it still won't be enough for 50 guests as that takes the cast list up to 32.)
