Downloading the game

My name is Luke, and my father and I have just purchased the A Dead Man's Chest murder mystery party pack, and I have not received a link to download it yet. Can you help?

My response:

I've passed your question on to Freeform Games who publish A Dead Man's Chest as I can't resolve payment or download queries (as it all happens on their site).

Unless something has gone awry, their systems are usually pretty reliable and it may be that the email has been caught in a spam filter somewhere.

IF you don't hear back in the next day or two, you might want to also drop them a line (you can find them at www.freeformgames.com) with your payment details so that they can find your transaction reference and resend the download details.

I hope you enjoy the party when you get it.

Don't know where to start?

Here's my suggested quick route through the site:

Step 1 - Go to Choosing a Game to choose the game that suits your party best.

Step 2 - Review the Tips for Hosts for helpful advice.
