I'm thinking of organizing these parties in conjunction with and held at local wineries for a fee. These parties will include either small dinner meals or simply wine, cheese, chocolates, etc.
Have you ever seen this done in this type of venue? Any suggestions or precautions?
I was required to do a college assignment on a fictitious company that included a PowerPoint presentation, Mission Statement, Value Statement, Strategic Plan and Strategic Management Plan. I completed all this on paper for this type of business and it looks good but am worried about actually launching.

I've heard of a few places that have done these murder mystery games commercially. They have purchased the relevant commercial licence for the game (the standard licence is for non-commercial use only).
