Murder on the Istanbul Express - in the garden

For my daughter’s 18th birthday, I hosted Murder on the Istanbul Express for her friends in our garden.

We spread blankets on the wooden seat and put chairs in secluded spots in the garden where they could scheme.

Luckily, the weather was kind to us – as you can see from the photos.

Although nobody (other than my daughter) had done anything like this before, they all got into character very quickly. They were soon questioning each other and trying to find the murderer.

Not all of my daughter’s friends had met each other before, and they all enjoyed making new friends. Murder mystery games are so good for that!
