The games below will also work with up to 25 guests, but I think they work better with slightly more. (They're fine with fewer guests, but I think the games below are better with more.)
The Auction - Bid for the von Munchen relics in this modern-day game for 12-40 people (including the host).
Cudham Riding Club - Trade horses and place bets in this modern murder mystery game for 14-40 people (including the host).

Murder at Sea - Spies and international intrigue on a cruise liner in 1914 for 17-33 guests, plus one host.

Way out West - A Wild West murder mystery game for 10 to 24 guests, plus one host. (Includes a version suitable for kids.)
I recommend that you choose a party game so you can more-or-less fill it.
The games generally play better if you have more people rather than less, so for example, if you had only 14 people for your party, I would choose The Final Curtain or Way out West rather than The Last Gasp or The Auction.
These games are ideal for more conservative groups as they don't refer to drugs, and there are fewer shady characters than in the other games.
(Of course, I can't guarantee that someone won't find something offensive - these games include murder, after all. You know your guests and must use your judgement.)
Hollywood Lies - a modern-day murder mystery set in Tinseltown. For 16-32 guests, plus one host.
Way out West A Wild West murder mystery game for 10 to 24 guests, plus one host.
