I'm trying to choose a game that suits the people I plan to invite, character wise. I'm struggling a bit with the female roles.
In the Way Out West intro doc, it lists the gender distribution as:
10 people: 5 Men, 3 women, 2 either
11 people: 5 men, 4 women, 2 either
Which are the gender neutral roles?
Are Deputy Dan, The Addamses, and Ol' Burr essential?
(I would like to drop these and instead include Three Feathers, Runs Like a Deer, and Mr. Entwhistle instead of the Addamses and Ol' Burr.)
Thank you for any information.
My response:
The gender neutral characters in Way out West are Clem, Mel, Three Feathers and Christy.
You have to use the characters in the order given in the game - otherwise the plots don't work. (You might inadvertently decide to omit the murderer, which would be unfortunate!)
