Murder mystery game for a work group

I'd like to host a murder mystery game as an office team building...all women, not much time for elaborate costumes, 22 of us.

Would that work and which do you think would be best?

My response:

Yes, I'm sure it would work well.

I have listed some all-women games on this page.

But if some don't mind playing men, then that gives you much more choice.
