Refund Policy

by Lydia Bewley

I ordered your Hollywood Lies Murder Mystery and in truth I struggled to understand where to begin with it. Forgive me I am sure others have thoroughly enjoyed it but we were so lost and I wish it had said on the cover notes that it is a bit like a book! That you have to sit down for a good day or 2 to understand it. I was looking really for a good interesting game as I am sure it is but without all the extras!

We were so lost that we ended up ordering a much simpler murder mysery game.

If you would be so good as to let me know about your have a refund policy I would be very grateful.

My response:

I'm sorry Hollywood Lies didn't agree with you - and yes, you can get a full refund.

However, you ordered the game from the publishers (Freeform Games) so you need to contact them directly.

Contact them via their website contact form here: contact Freeform Games. Be sure to tell them your payment reference and the email address you used to purchase the game - that will speed things along.

I'm glad you eventually had a successful murder mystery party.
