The Right Game...

The Manor House

Hello, Great site !!

I am celebrating a 32nd birthday party with 12-14 adult guests at a Huge 17th-18th Century House we have borrowed for the weekend. With a lake and 2 acres of Garden. I cant wait to dress up and give everyone roles/ characters ..

I have been looking through your site and can't seem to find the right one...

As an expert that you are do you have any suggestions ?

I see a French maid, a Toff in a smoking jacket, a cricketer, a 1940's Charleston girl etc etc ....

I'm just wondering if my idea is way too out there ..lol

My response:

Wow, what a lovely venue you've found yourself there!

I suggest that you try either The Last Gasp or Dazzled to Death as they are both period games (although they don't exactly fit your description - but then I don't know any games that do!)

found the right game?
by: JR

I have rented an old estate home (although not as old fashioned as Farley's) and am intrigued to hear which game Farley used... and of course how it went. Currently looking at Last Gasp as an option (we have approx 20 people).

Farley, what game did you use and how did it go?

Don't know where to start?

Here's my suggested quick route through the site:

Step 1 - Go to Choosing a Game to choose the game that suits your party best.

Step 2 - Review the Tips for Hosts for helpful advice.

Step 3 - If you want to keep up to date with the latest murder mystery game news, click on my What's New page.

Step 4 - Once you've had your party - tell me how it went! Click here to tell me your murder mystery party story.
